Google Wallet questions
Do Android customers need to install anything?
No. Google Wallet comes with most Android phones and is free from Google Play on the rest. Customers scan your QR code and tap “Save to Google Wallet”.
Is it the same card as on iPhone?
Yes. You design one card and it appears in Google Wallet on Android and Apple Wallet on iPhone, with the same stamps, rewards and offers.
Does the card update after it’s saved?
Yes. Stamps, rewards, offers and design changes appear on the card in Google Wallet by themselves.
Do Google Wallet customers get offers too?
Yes. When you post an offer it appears on every member’s card and arrives as a notification, at no extra cost.
What if a customer doesn’t use Google Wallet?
They can keep the card in their phone’s browser instead. It works the same at the till.
