The short version of how Wallet Rewards works for shops.
Free trial and price
Every new shop gets a 14-day free trial with everything included. After that it's £12.99 a month per location, billed monthly. There's no contract and no setup fee – cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard.
Your card and your customers
You choose the card's design, reward and rules, and you decide who gets stamps and rewards. You're responsible for honouring the rewards you offer and for using customer details lawfully – for example, only sending offers to customers who agreed to receive them.
Fair use
Don't use Wallet Rewards for anything illegal, misleading or spammy. We may pause a shop that does, and we'll tell you why.
Service
We work hard to keep cards, stamping and updates running all the time, but can't promise it will never be interrupted. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are run by Apple and Google and their own terms apply.
