Do I need a till system or card reader that connects to it?
No. Wallet Rewards runs on any phone or tablet with a camera and doesn’t connect to your card machine. Staff scan the customer’s card on the till page – that’s it.
Can I give a stamp per £ spent instead of per visit?
Yes – choose “one stamp for every £X”, and set the most stamps one visit can earn. Staff type the bill; the till does the maths.
What about customers who don’t use Apple or Google Wallet?
They can keep the card in their phone’s browser instead. It works the same at the till.
How is it priced if I have two cafés?
Per location: £12.99 a month for each site, after a 14-day free trial. Customers, stamps, staff and offers are unlimited.
